Internal events portal. Effective August 27, 2026.
Company policy comes first. Shift4 Events is an internal work tool for Shift4 and Global Blue employees (and invited guests) to RSVP to company events. Your employee handbook and the company's corporate privacy policy govern how employee information is handled. This page sits under those policies. It does not replace them. It is not a consumer terms-of-use, and it is not a GDPR notice for this product.
What this portal stores. Name, work email, phone, job title, department, RSVP answers (travel, hotel, dietary, emergency contact), and a session cookie so you stay signed in. We also log pages you open in the portal so we can support the event.
Why. To run the event: invitations, badges, catering, rooms, and day-of check-in. We do not sell this information.
Sharing. Only with people and vendors who need it for that event (coordinators, venue, hotel, catering). If a specific event needs extra sharing, that is called out on that event's RSVP form, not here.
Photos. Optional photo or video consent is on the RSVP for that event. Gallery uploads are visible to other authenticated attendees of the same event.
What is in this tool. Once signed in, you can see what this portal stores on Your data in this portal. To correct or remove something, email privacy@shift4.com or your People / HR team. Company process still applies.
